Louisa was employed as Work Rider, by Andrew and Bettina Hoy to ride their horses while they are away competing at the Olympics and WEG ,and other competitions abroad, throughout the season. A position of huge trust, and recognition of Louisa's ability and horsemanship.

She is also rode for Jane Holderness-Rodham, British Eventing Ex Chairman and owner of West Kington Stud. Louisa competed the young home breds. She is very patient, yet strong with the younsters
